Most models write paragraphs. Jev picks an answer. You hand it some text and a question with fixed options — is this a complaint, which team should take it, how urgent is it — and it returns one of them plus a confidence score, in under a second. That makes it a different tool from a chat model: it is for the sorting work you currently do by hand, or pay a slow, expensive chat model to do. There is nothing to install — it runs on OpenRouter, so getting started means an account, a key, and a few dollars of credit. This walks through all three and ends with a working test you can read the answer from.
